as the song goes " 'cause it's you and me and all other people and i don't know why, i can't keep my eyes off of you.."

recently, i was reminded about how we got to know each other. how we struggled to be together because deep down it feels right and because we would regret if we never tried. i want to rem all the good times we had together and also to share it with the world. :)

there are no words to describe what we have, what we went through. so i hope that our pictures will be sufficient to remind us of us.

cuz i had a good day.

as some might notice, i was feeling kinda depressed the last 2 weeks. with school and stuff. but i'm happy to say that although school is getting busier, my mood is also getting better. after having to study for my quizzed for 2 weeks, i had a break on friday and saturday.

on friday, went out with celine then went to meet eleanor, melissa and teresa. it's really a girl's day! haha. it was nice that i met celine cuz we could jus sit down n share our summer memories.. hee. looking thru each other's photos, which resulted in me being late in meeting the other girls. but it was all good. hmm. teresa, thanx for telling me what u told me. i hope u will see the rainbow after the rain sooooooon! and plus u can always come find me to eat lunch or go shopping k!

on saturday, yesterday, we went to sophia's party at chevrons. as usual, the odac pple were the majority. haha. so we had like one whole place to ourselves. the girls decided to take the room upstairs cuz there's a bed and have some girl's talk. until kenneth and lek decide to come take over the bed and sleep. what pigs! so in the end, cuz of that, we all had pillow fights n all. haha. and unlike in the movies, it was not all nice n fluffy, the guys were so so violent! and the girls too. haha. and i ACCIDENTALLY punched kenneth (apparently causing his lips to bleed) cuz he pinched my arm, and i have a bruise to prove it. haha. but anyway, it was all fun. i think i really needed to have fun like that. we were playing like kids and screaming like nobody's business. i feel sorry for the rest of the pple but we were really having so much fun. haha.

and after so much fun, i went for coffee with hong chang and like he said, it was "the best talk we had".. haha. yes i agreeeee.. maybe cuz we haven seen each other or talked so much for so long. thanx for having coffee. i sure hope we can meet up more often though. :)

oh well. but all good things must come to an end. i got home yesterday only to realise that i have 8 chapters of corp reporting to study for my quiz on thurs, i have 2 meetings later (yes, a sunday), and another meeting on thurs and another on friday. great! haha. but i'm also looking forward to spending a little more time with lionel cuz he doesn't have a quiz so he can buy me breakfast while i study!! haha. *HINT*.. and also maybe i can go swimming with my sister on monday. cuz if i'm not wrong, it's her off day!! yippeee!! cheeers to a good week ahead!! :):) cuz i know that at the end of this week, (er i mean sunday..) it's eleanor's party!! and i'm really looking forward to that. :):) more reason to be happy. life should be like this. heee.

turning 21.

on 6th sept 2006, i turned 21. i tot it would be a big deal, becoming an "adult" as they say. but i did not feel any older. although i had great fun. lionel and i were to celebrate my birthday for a week. but haha!! it lasted for 4 days. which i think is good enough. it's probably the best birthday i had so far, and i thank-you for all ur effort. :)

after class on wednesday (6 sept ), lionel reserved a place at JUMBO seafood at riverside.. cuz i wanted to eat yummy seafood! hee. but then we got mixed up and went to the wrong branch! haha. but oh well, it's the same la. the yummiest were the herbal prawns.. heee..
we also had chilli crab!! looks good huh.. yum!

hehe..me with a whole plate of prawn shells!! heee.. but i have to admit i din peel them myself la. haha. in fact, i din peel a single one! haha..

the next day (thursday), we went to watch forbidden city. it was soooooooo good. i'm proud that it was a singapore production! yay~ although lionel thought that it would be a stupid show, he enjoyed it in the end.. kit chan has a really good voice man!
on friday, thanx to free tickets from smu, we went to watch "john tucker must die".. i wanted to watch this show in the US actually, but fortunately i din.. haha.. woohoo to free tickets! haha.. this show was pretty good.. i totally enjoy chick-flicks! heee..
finally, on saturday, i invited some of my friends to my place for a bbq~ it was a pretty normal bbq, except that i knew everyone!! haha.. it's the first time i had like a "party" thing or anything at all that was jus for me.. so it was a pretty big deal to me. although i should have organized some games, i had fun jus talking rubbish to pple.. :)


see, i have 2 name tags.. the one with the stars was designed by my sis and the other one is by my brother!! hee.. i love them both..
lionel's name tag was designed by me! haha.. it's supposed to be spongebob and patrick.. haha.

i got a new bunny!!

i jus got it a couple of days ago. he's a mixed breed; local and lion head. so his fur is different. very much softer and alot puffier. haha..

introducing derby!!! *drum roll*

his nose is white.. cute right? his colour is similar to pheebe.. brown and white and grey. except that derby has more grey and more white than pheebe. and also derby has 2 ears standing instead of one! hee. (lionel, pls dun "spoil" derby's ears.. i like them to be both standing up..)

i know that derby looks like it's in a very awkard position. but i think it's so cute. and hey! i wouldn't ill-treat it! that's my brother picking it up btw, not me! haha
obviously that's the retarded me! haha. derby looks bigger in this picture but actually it's really tiny.

some outdoor time for derby. and also to introduce it to pheebe. hee . the ears are kinda big for it don't u think so?
some more solo outdoor shots. hee.. i have a feeling it will grow up to be a fat bunny! dun be deceived by the fur.. the fur makes it puffy. so it looks fat now.. but actually it's not so i'm feeding it alot plus it can really eat alot.. keep eating all the time! haha.
of cuz pheebe isn't too friendly with derby now. it's like chasing it around the garden. trying to smell it and hump it.. not that it wants to reproduce but cuz it's to show dominance i think. yup. so it was a little rough with derby. like how it was with pherbe. but then pherbe and it got along very well after awhile so i'm not worried. will jus take some time. so for the time being, they stay in different cages.
alright. that's it for now!! although i'm really scared that something bad *choy* will happen to derby, i will take good care of it and love it and spend time with it. of cuz i will still love pheebe. but pheebe is a really strong bunny! so i'm not so worried. :):)

miss universe 2006

i know this has been some time ago.. but i just happen to see an article on miss universe.. and OMG! i totally fell in love with miss japan! she is soooooooooooo hot! haha. i love her!! but then, although she got into final 10, final 5, final 2, she din win.. miss puerto rico won. bleargh.

first of all, the crown!! ahhhh.. it's so so pretty. who wouldn't want a crown like that? damn it's nice... haaa.

but check out miss japan!! she is ULTRA hot!! dun u agree that she looks so much better than miss puerto rico? i absolutely love her! i think there are alot of pretty and hot japanese girls but we dun get to see them often.. and this time, i think it's really a breath of fresh air among the rest of the contestants. wooooo~~

ok i'm bias. i have so many more photos of her than miss puerto rico.. cant help it if she looks so good right? heee.

back to the event, this is miss puerto rico in her evening gown. i must say she looks good. and i think her gown was nicer than miss japan.
i think this photo is damn funny! check out miss puerto rico! she looks like she expects now to win already.. giving the sian look! haha. and omg, miss japan.... sigggghhhhh.
but! eventually, miss puerto rico won and miss japan was first runner-up. although i think it's a great moment for asians to even get there but i still think she should have gotten the crown. accoring to the article, it has been mostly latin americans winning the crown and the writer feels that there is a latina bias. oh well.. although i dunno eventually who got the crown cuz i also heard that miss puerto rico fainted during some post-pageant news conference. so yup!

ps: before anyone think's i'm a damn pervert or a lesbian, i would like to say that i absolutely dun think of girls that way although i think everyone likes to look at girls cuz girls are made to be appreciated. hmmm..

love? friends? family?

i feel lost although i'm in a familiar place. where i am at now, i feel helpless and i feel tired. i no longer know what is wrong or right, whether i am just numb or i just don't care. tell me then, how do i start feeling things again? when did i lose all my feelings, all my courage, all my love and all my friends, all at the same time?

a special friend said to me that she's sick of life. and although i am trying very hard to be happier now, it's hard and i find myself agreeing with her. that life sucks and i'm sick of life too.

maybe i will be ok tmr. maybe i wouldn't. maybe i would wake up to see the sunrise again. maybe i would wake up to darkness.

back to the starting point. back to the time before complications. back to the time where i have to be there for myself again. back to where my only comfort are the toys on my bed.

i need to rediscover myself. i have become someone i hardly know, someone i've learnt to hate. one day, i shall like the person i see in the mirror.

the purpose of this entry is unknown. and these are jus random stuff. but if i seem like i am feeling down, ya i am. feeling really down. but like always, i will be ok.

thunderstorm

i almost wanted to put these photos up with my earlier post but was a little lazy. but since lionel mentioned, here they are. the thunderstorm at cedarpoint. it was really scary.. with the damn heavy rain and hurricane warnings, roads being flooded n all.. eeks.

lionel insisted on taking a photo in the rain. so silly. that's the cedarpoint track suit. we were only allowed to wear this when necessary.. to work. that's my room.. and we're playing 'operation'.. some board game la. heee..

i like to sit by the window sometimes to jus watch the rain but haven had the chance to until just. it's such a nice feeling. jus watching the rain.. and the smell of rain. i love it.

but. some say that it rains when a couple breaks up. seeing that it's raining so heavily and knowing that me n lionel are doing good together makes me feel a little better. although i believe that somewhere out there, someone's heart might be broken. hmmm.

SIGH!

school only jus started and i already dun feel too good. school sucks. i'm doing this module on corporate reporting now.. and according to paul.. it is the hardest module in SMU. not only paul that is saying that.. the prof is saying that too!! great. and that will be the first module that i bidded and that i won't be doing with lionel cuz we have different majors.. and what's even greater is i bidded ALONE!!! cuz i was in the states and hardly had the time to use the internet.. and had to bid within like one week. so i tot it's easier to bid alone.. it was such a bad idea. now going to class is dreadful!! i wanna drop it. but then again, i shld do it cuz i'm only taking 4 mods this sem.. but i need some company!! what shld i do?? ahhhh...

besides that, it is great to be back. but i've yet to eat chicken rice, kway chap, laksa, poh pian, and my fave yu sheng. so yup.. who's free? haha.

home sweet home

I"M BACK!! hee.. i was really excited when i looked out the window as the plane touched down on singapore soil.. suddenly, i tot about all the pple here i love, and of cuz my little rabbit.. the familiar smell, pple and enviornment. i am home.

as i looked ard my room, i realized my maid, wiwin, re-arranged my table.. and i hate it. i hate anyone to touch my things. if it's messy, let me do the cleaning. but yesterday, i simply made a little remark n let it pass.. i miss my room. although i wish my sister were here to unpack with me.. and so i can share the things i bought with her... but it's nice that my brother was there with me. and it's really heartwarming to see that he's so excited abt all the things i bought for him. and he likes them all.. cooooool. :):) i miss my family.. and now i am home..

to lek, ze bin n eleanor, thanx so much for coming down to the airport to see me yest.. thankew thankew. i really did not expect that. esp after ur run in the morning.. xie xie ni men.. heee.. eleanor!! i cant wait to go out with u and the girls!! haven seen u all for so long.. ze bin, congrats for winning.. and lek!! u've been the nicest.. sending me off and welcoming me home. thankew so much.

hello hello.. i'm in san fransico now. i'm officially done with the work part of my "work n travel" program and now.. it's time for me to jus enjoy myself in the US. but of cuz i have to watch my money. haha.. almost running out i think. argh. anyway, i went to new york before this. and did not have time to blog. so yup. and of cuz, although i have internet now, i wont have the time to update my blog too cuz of the travelling.. so so so.. lionel n i decided to put up our photos on a website.. and everyone can see!! heee.. okok..
